By participating in the Pea River Referral Bonus Program ("Program"), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: Eligibility: The Program is open to active Pea River Broadband subscribers in good standing ("Referrer"). To be eligible for the referral credit, the referred person (“Referral”) must sign up for Pea River Broadband service. Referral Credit Details: a. Referrers will receive a $10 bill credit for each eligible Referral who becomes an active Pea River Broadband subscriber. b. Referrals will receive a $10 bill credit no later than their second fiber billing statement after subscribing to Pea River Broadband. Unlimited Referral Bonuses: Referrers may refer an unlimited number of individuals to Pea River Broadband and earn $10 bill credits for each person who becomes an active subscriber. Processing: a. Referral credits will be evaluated on a monthly basis. b. Credits will be added to the Referrer's billing account at the end of the billing cycle following the activation of the referred person's service. Termination and Modification: Pea River Broadband reserves the right to terminate, modify, or suspend the Program at any time without prior notice. Fraudulent Activity: Any attempt to manipulate the Program, engage in fraudulent activity, or violate these terms may result in disqualification from the Program and may lead to legal action. Billing: Referrers and Referrals are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of billing and account information. Pea River Broadband is not responsible for any inaccuracies in account details provided by participants.
